FAMILY BACKGROUND

I am Shubham and, I stay in Indore, MP along with my family. My father is a farmer. With passing days, it was becoming difficult for him to take care of the five of us. I saw my father always struggling with finances, but still, he ensured education for me.

JOURNEY TO SUCCESS

I could not study much because of our financial conditions. By enrolling on this training, I challenged my fate and decided to change it. I chose to get trained under the Organic Grower job role and, my life changed as the training came to an end. This training gave me a good insight into organic trade and organic farming. The training helped me to gain confidence and learn soft skills. Once the course got over, the Mosaic team supported me to get a job too.

thoughts on PMKVY

I am glad that I got to know about this training. By enrolling on the PMKVY training scheme, I got back to the classroom and got a chance to pave the way for my bright future. Soon I am planning to enrol for further studies. It is a good platform for the youth of this country to learn and grow.
